How much does it cost to ship my order to me?

Linked with Charm offers free shipping (excluding purse hangers, purses & handbag purchases) anywhere within the Continental U.S. We would be happy to ship your order via U.S. Priority mail for a flat rate of $7.00. 

 

Shipping cost for each expressive bracelets is $1.50, each purse hanger is $1.50, and for each purse is $8.00.

For orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S., a flat shipping rate of $5.00 is applied to all orders.

Can I wear my charm bracelet in the shower?

We highly recommend that you should not swim or shower while wearing your Italian charm bracelet. If you get it wet while washing your hands, that is fine, but too much chlorine or soap is not good for your charm bracelet.

In addition, we have found that spraying perfume on your bracelet has been known to cause the enamel on the charms to wear off.

Do I pay sales tax on my order?

You will only pay sales tax on your order if you are a resident of California. The sales tax is 7.75%.

What is your return policy?

Our policy states we will accept returns for defective merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase for full refund or credit.

We will accept returns for non-defective merchandise within 10 days of the date of purchase for credit less 10% restocking fee.

If you have reasons to return your purchase please call us at 916-955-5465 so we can give you a return number and address where to return merchandise.
